Hannah has extensive experience launching operations in foreign markets and managing high performance teams in over 4 continents of the world, including China where she became fluent in Mandarin and lived in 4 different cities opening offices and helping clients from all around the world.
She was responsible for the explosive growth of every company she has worked in the past by being extremely process, staff and client driven, managing upwards of 80 people simultaneously and generating hundreds of millions in revenue by taking care of the entire supply chain, marketing and sales alike as a General Manager for most of her career.
A multitasker like no one else, Hannah has grown Chili’s team to 30 people in less than a year and has helped companies of all sizes and in every industry to avoid a common issue companies have endured in the local market: lack of processes and continuous staff growth that lead to constant improvement and results.
As someone that understands businesses from every angle and perspective, Hannah was able to have Chili and its clients grow even during the pandemic by sheer determination and commitment to her stakeholders, their vision, and their needs.
